Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use the calculator, we collect the name, email address, and employment details you enter into the form. This information is used solely to generate your letter and send your PDF pack. It is not stored in a database after delivery.

Payment data

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. The Redundancy Calculator never sees or stores your card details. All payment data is processed and stored by Stripe under their own privacy policy: stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Email delivery

Your email address is used to send your PDF pack via Resend. It is not added to any mailing list and is not used for marketing.

Session data

Your form data is held in your browser's sessionStorage during your visit. A copy is also held in a short-lived server cache for up to one hour to process your payment. It is automatically deleted once your PDF has been sent.

Cookies

Stripe's hosted checkout page uses cookies as part of their fraud prevention system. The Redundancy Calculator website itself does not set tracking or analytics cookies.

Your rights
